CAP Form 60-81 (Application for Encampment)

CAP Form 160(i) (CAP member medical history)

CAP Form 161 (Emergency Information)

CAP Form 163 (Permission for Provision of Minor Cadet Over-The-Counter Medication) Cadets Only

CAP Form 60-80 (Cadet Activity Permission Slip) Cadets Only

In order to get on Syracuse Air National Guard Base (classrooms) each student and or instructor must have a valid CAP ID card with photo. Please note the following CAP Regulation :

1.15.2. Active members, fifty year members, life members, legislative members and cadets 18 and over will receive a photo membership card. These members must upload a passport-style photo with a plain white or off white background into their member record through eServices.

Lodging: You may make your own arrangements, however, discounted rates are available but only if booked through NERESA. If you desire a hotel at a discounted rate, send an email to Lt Col Debbi Ozer at: dozer@ner.cap.gov after you have registered for the course you desire.
