“Aerospace" refers to all flying activities, within the Earth's atmosphere and beyond.
“Aerospace Education" is general (not specialized) education concerned with communicating knowledge, skills, and attitudes about aerospace activities and the total impact of air and space vehicles upon society.

Goals of the Aerospace Education Officer School
- To educate CAP AEO's at Group and Squadron levels about their duties, and resources available.
- To share experiences and ideas to provide excellence in the CAP AE program.
- To increase effective communication between local AE Officers and National AE Staff.
